DEF01 - Cannot register for online account

Cannot register for an online account, been through the whatsapp chat several times and have been ignored everytime.

Reference removed

Cleared all cache, cookies, tried all the links provided, tried registering through app, tried different browser, nothing seems to work. 

Joined in July and been having this problem from the very start, same message everytime:

"Oops, we've ran into a problem.

Wait a minute and try again. If this doesn't work, please come back later. (Code: DEF01)"
