I have tried for the past 30 mins to get through to customer services but only get an automated self service.How do I speak to an actual human?

Try at 8am when the lines open.

We are so sorry that you have faced issues reaching out to us, we would recommend calling as close to 8am when we open as carl_pearce as recommended and this can mean the queues are far lower. 

We may be able to help here if you can elaborate on what the call is in regards to?
