Customer services arranged to call me 10am re complaint, no call received

Customer Services in Motherwell promised faithfully to call me 10am today but have not done so.  Sent email to Daniel Friend as instructed, received absolutely no response.

I'm complaining as agreed new contract in July 23 but seems VM have not updated my account with the new details. and denying it was agreed (even though I have email confirming it!)
