Anyone else have issues with virgin customer service. Ive spent over 6 hours on chat and still cant sort my issue with paymrbts as they refuse to discuss it with me cos i cant remember my password but they have all my other details. Grrr now i get threatened with them going to suspend my services so i need to speak to a sensible human being otherwise im just going to close my account and go elsewhere..
