Customer service no response

I sent an email on 1st February was told someone one would be in contact and since then I have sent 8 emails. Anyone know the next step all I want is an email in return to say my service will be cancelled so I can go elsewhere buts it’s been 14 days now and I will end up having to pay another month as been unable to confirm install with new provider

Put a post on saying at how dissatisfied you are with the lackadaisical service,I’ve cancelled my direct debit to VM due to how hard,even impossible it is to get through to a manager,so I feel your pain,good luck.

I really didn’t want to go there but it does seem they are leaving me to little no choice, over 20 years I’ve been with them since diamond cable days, their customer service or lack of has never been so bad

I know what you mean,I’ve been suffering horrendously,there getting worse,for that reason I’m leaving them,hope you have some joy 👍🏻

Oh I have his email and let’s just say Lutz is not as good a CEO as Neil was this would never have gone on so long in his day

Seriously how hard is it to send me confirmation of cancellation? Or is your WiFi crap as well and your emails are sat in your outbox

Thanks for coming back to us. I can assure you that your messages have gone through to Chris_W1

 

Looking into this it appears that he's not been in the office since your response was sent to him on Friday after we closed at 10pm

 

I believe he'll be back in the office at around midday tomorrow where he'll be in touch to move forward with you
