Customer Services

Has anyone got a Customer Services number for VM that are answering not 150 or the 0345, as I need to speak to them regards an install that is supposed to be happening on the 02.04.2020, I did get a text re-schedueling it to the 15.04.2020 & if inconvenient to go to virginmedia.com/myinstall well that link doesn't work. or if anyone has a link to reschedule/cancel an install as can't seem to do via website

Can I suggest using the following link rather then the one sent over in your text: https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-media-manage-engineer-appointment

Alternatively, i'd suggest contacting the team using the webchat feature on https://www.virginmedia.com/shop/contactus/make-a-complaint

Hi Ed, thanks for the reply the web chat feature isn't there & the appointment isn't there either
