I have been trying to contact customer services concerning my package and price rise.I waited on line for ages with no luck.Also it says in the chat box the best time to ring is Saturday or Sunday afternoon! I ask you is this anyway to run a business especially with new fast fibre installations all over the country.Getting tempted to leave altogether-if I could get through!

Hi m8, i called them this morning between 8:30 - 8:55 am and got through straight away, calling from VM home phone 150 then select 1,1,1,4 + 4 for thinking of leaving us. I hope this helps you as my query was sorted within 10 minutes
