Brand new customer trying to register on myvirginmedia. 3 phone calls to support. First I abandoned after 40 mins. The second today cut off at 1 hour 3 mins. Now on hold again at 14 mins. Tried a web chat, but the Agent's solution was to call Customer Services. Problem is 'Some information is missing or incorrectly entered. Please check below and try again.''
Does anyone have any idea how I can register or speak to someone or should I just call it a day and cancel the whole thing? I've never had to wait this long to speak to someone. Ridiculous.
