There is no way to make changes to my contract via My VirginMedia but customer service phone line closes down with a message consistently for 4 days now? How can I review my account and services if wanting to change to a broadband only package?

Sorry to see that you've been struggling to get through to our team.
Sadly we don't offer package changes on our Community Forums.
We do have operators working on our phone lines on 0345 454 1111 or 150 from your Virgin Media landline or Virgin Mobile phone.
If you are able to call close to our opening time of 8am (Monday to Sunday), you will be best placed to get through to us in a timely manner
