OK, so I have tried logging into my account to run tests on services......guess what? those pages don't work!
I have tried to view my bundle......guess what? that page doesn't work!
I have tried to phone customer services.........you have got to be joking!
Doesn't virgin media realise that customers ALWAYS remember poor service and this crisis which is awful anyway, will end one day and they will potentially lose customers to their opposition?
I have already decided that I will be making some changes, but is it just me experiencing this? Please respond if you are receiving or should I say Not receiving the same service, many thanks all!
