I have been on hold for 46 mins, finally I get to speak to a line manager who hangs up on me after about 45 seconds in to my explanation (I'm guessing he hung up as I had no call back)
I was promised a refund on two occasions due to an on going problem I had with Virgin. I was without TV and Broadband for 3 weeks in total. I had text messages promising that my service would be up and running at said date and time - this did not happen. I made countless phone, had my broadband box changed and all wiring renewed, this did not fix the problem but eventually I have all working again.
I still have not had a refund!! Virgin have still taken the full amount from my account for two months running even though for one of the months I had hardly any service?
has anyone else had this problem? what can I do next?
