I have TV and Fibre. I want to remove the TV, my contract expires on May 7th, but i want to extend my Fibre for another 12 months.
First person i spoke to have 50minutes said this could not be done, so i pushed and pushed, he put me through to the contracts/downgrading team. i have now been waiting another 35 minutes.
I thought Ryanair CS was bad, but Virgin Media run a very close 2nd. I am not inspired to want to stay....
