Credit statement not showing virgin account as settled after closing account

Hi there, 

 

I closed my account with virgin on December 2020, my next 3 credit reports have shown that the credit has not been updated as 'settled'

Instead its just unreported. Please inform the credit agencies that I have settled and no longer have credit or active account with virgin media.
