So, i was made bankrupt in Jan, I've since been discharged, and I've been going through the 3 main credit reference agencies to put all my affairs in order and relevant information updated. Today was equifax turn.
I noticed that a debt from virgin has appeared on this report. It's not on Experian or Trans Union, just Equifax.
It's states that it's active from 2013, I've never had any correspondence from virgin concerning this debt, and it was not brought up during my bankruptcy.
I've no idea where this has come from.
Not that I'm to bothered l, as its 10 years old and its statute barred. But this has a detrimental effect on my credit report.
Has anyone else had this issue and who do I contact to have it removed?
Thanks in advance
Mark
