Credit not showing on new contract

Hello, 

I have recently renewed my contract but the agreed 18 month credit is not showing on the paper contract that I have just received and therefore do not wish to sign until this is rectified. I have been unable to get through to anyone using the telephone service and so am attempting to resolve via this avenue.  Please DM me for account details.

Just giving this a gentle nudge to see whether someone from Virgin Media picks up the post.  I can't get through to anyone via the call centre.  Grateful for response. Thanks
