Good Morning, can any one help please? I signed up to Virgin Media Volt in my local town. It was agreed that the £35 installation charge would not be added as part of the deal. However, this has still been charged despite 4/5 different times i have contacted Virgin Media and the sales person who signed me up. I have also today expected the Direct Debit to come out and that also hasn’t been set up! How long will this actually take to sort out? I paid the amount i should have now this morning and i will not pay the additional £35 or expect a late payment charge due to the DD not being set up. Thank you
