Credit not applied to my account

Hi hoping someone  can help.

I have been offered a credit and on 3 occasions 8 10 and 22 August have been assured via message conversations that it will be applied to my account and that I will see it in my account. I also have 2 emails stating that the credit will be applied

I have gone into Billing and cannot see any reference to it. 

I don't want o go to messaging again as the agents say it's sorted but it takes 24 hours to hit my account so I cannot check 

I am running out of ideas of who/ how I get this resolved.

We're sorry to hear of the issues with your bills and credits owed, we'd love to best advise on those and assist where possible.

In general, when we add credits on your account this reflects on the next bill to be issued.
Could you please check the latest bills you've had from us and let us know if any credits have been added to any of these so far?

Have you had a new bill out since we confirmed the credit has been processed?

Once we know more we'll be happy to help you.

Hi Adri

Conversations on the 8 Aug said credit would be applied within 24 hours. My latest bill dated 10 Aug did not have the £50.00 credit on it.

My Aug bill did have a credit on it but this was  due to the problems I had previously.
