In light of the reduced service on call centres at present i wanted to ask a question here..
I have just received my first bill and its not what i expected. when signing up the rather push salesman was giving it the hard sell and promised £50 credit if we signed up for the new package. As we were going to incur costs with our old internet provider this was a good incentive and we decided to go with it. Foolishly i believed that this man's word could be trusted and the amount would be credited, sadly this has not happened and i am now faced with a bill larger than i anticipated
