I left your service in August and paid my normal service bill of 54 pounds. But this is still showing on my equifax file. Can it please be removed ASAP as it still looks like I owe you money when I do not.
In this situation you would need to speak to the Credit Amendments Team. You can contact them by letter or email and if you could include the following information:
Account Holders Name
Full Address where you had the services
A photo or screenshot showing the Virgin error on your credit file
Contact details for yourself
They will investigate this and come back to you within 28 days.

Is this the right email address you have included as I emailed this yesterday before I posted up the community and it got bounced back saying no such address. Or has it recently changed? I would prefer to email then I can include the screen shot evidence and hopefully it can be dealt with more quickly... As this has already been incorrectly on my account for 4 months.
