Credit Refund

Our account was disconnected on the 26th of September and our closing bill arrived on the 28th of September.  In your chatroom we were told that our cheque would arrive on the 15th of November and we still have not received it.  Our box was returned as requested and we have had no notification of any problems.  Could someone update me as I have held on a to a telephone until bored and am receiving the same on the chatroom.

Can I just ask before looking into this in a bit more detail

The final bill you received was this showing as credit due back?

yes there was a refund due of £55.97.
