It doesn't matter where it says in the terms and conditions, if your someone who has aniexty issues and suffers when talking to people you don't know..  Virgin should consider this.. Ive tried getting someone to call for me and always confirm security, but then the adviser never have any of it... So a great idea would be to allow people to cancel via live chat, but again no.. **bleep** service, **bleep** network... Everyother UK network allows you to do via Live chat. Rant over.
