I have previously had an account with Virgin and left sometime ago. I have rejoined ( bad mistake) whilst trying to set up an account it will not allow me to use my email address as it says it’s in use? I have tried going through “forgot password” and it says no account associated with that email. I have tried setting up with an alternative email but it won’t allow me to. I still receive emails to say payment going out, log in to see statement but I can’t. I am having terrible service from my broadband which drops out frequently. It is also very slow. I have not been able to contact anyone at virgin.
