I have been having issues with creating an account on the virginmedia app. 

I go to create an account but when It asked me to make a password is won't let me no matter what password I type in.

Apologies for the issues faced, can I ask are you receiving an error code when trying to register?

If not does the password meet these requirements?

- Between 8-10 characters
- Start with a letter
- Contain at least one number
- No special characters
