I have been with virgin media for just over a week now I can’t register for an online account it keeps saying I need to click the verify link in my emails I haven’t received one and I’ve sent numerous reset passwords and nothings coming through. I’ve recieved my first billing email from virgin media and about my direct debit being set up so I no I’m using the right email this is so frustrating
