Is anyone been cut off due to been unable to pay bill this month? I’ve had to put off paying EE, gas and electric bills due to not working through covid they have gave me a payment plan to pay up but virgin are a nightmare to get through to or answer me through text service so is any of you want to pass on to get them to contact me, I’m paying for full house bundle for years now never not paid now I’ve been trying to get help past few weeks and can I get anyone NO I NEED HELP!!!!
you need to call in and see if they can offer you anything. you can;t just not pay and not contact them. That will just end with suspended/cancelled services and a black mark on your credit file for the debt

I sent a text to them 13 days ago they haven’t answered that, I got cut off and still can’t get through started at 8 in morning 4 days in a row now not funny Virgin well seeing virgin are getting really bad reviews and sky are getting perfect reviews
I hope you get help soon, I've been waiting for weeks for help and no help yet.
Their customer service could be vastly improved, it seems nonexistent, so not sure what good this community thing is here if we get to see all these unsatisfied customers on here, I guess we are not alone in our frustrations. I guess they think they have us over a barrel so are not that interested in how happy we are with them, as they know we need their service.
