Coronvirus help

Hi, I've tried finding a way to email you after sitting for 4 hours on the phone numerous day the past week in regards to help with my bill. My job has gone due to the virus spreading so therefore little income now coming in. I've requested my sky sports to be frozen for the time being but really could do without the late fees being added a few days after its due. I will manage to be able to pay the bill on Monday 30th however your now asking for 2 bills  including late fees and I'm sure I wont be the only person in this situation is there any way of help in such hard financial times I've been a loyal customer for many years now and gutted. Thanks 🙂
