I've rung the helpline 6 times now and have been on my current call for 50 minutes and keep getting passed from person to person to no avail.
I am trying to cancel my Virgin Media Broadband contract. It has not been installed yet, so I am still in the cooling off period.
I cannot use the 0345 454 1111 number to cancel as it is automated and asks for a password (which I do not have as my account has not been properly set up yet).
I tried ringing the help service 0800 052 7588 but I keep getting forwarded to the pre-installation number which is not working and just cuts out, citing technical difficulties.
I have tried changing my password online, but just get a page that tells me it is not working right now.
How can I cancel my account if no one will listen?
