Hi, Just wondering if anyone has been given an offer generated by the system on their Virgin Web portal but then found that the checkout price is more. I have contacted Virgin three times and also gone through a lengthy phone call trying to resolve it but no one seems to get back to me with a resolve.
I started with just broadband and then wanted to add TV. The offer that was shown on my web portal was a good price but when I went to check out it had gone up by £19 which I personally think is unacceptable.
Has anyone else had this issue with their 'System' generated offers ?
