Contracts work both ways

Does anyone else know who to contact, when you are fed up with a poor customer service response team.

nobody should have to waste their time in getting any issues resolved through lack of poor customer service. 
im sorry the team is busy right now, and then they never answer.

its making me ill. I’ve been with them since June and I am going to the doctor and the a solicitor
