Hi

not sure if anyone can help?

I am going round in circles on the whatsapp thingy. Ordered equipment for when I move into my new flat in a few weeks, this was order 30/1/23 and it hasnt arrived and ive not had any notifications. I also had no welcome email with account number. Im at a loss as what to do next?????

Anyone else have this problem?
