Hi.  I took out the mix it (cheapest ). TV package back in the summer.  I'd now like to cancel it.  Does anyone know if I'm locked into a contract?  And if so for how long would it be?

Wait for your forthcoming price hike notification and then use it to renegotiate your package or leave without penalty and join eg Sky.

Thanks for your first post and welcome to our Community.

You can check the length of your current contract by going to your online account.

Just look at the top left of the screen for View Bill and View Contract.
