Contract

Why should you have to pay for an extra months bill if a contract states a finish time and you stick to that finish time. Just a way for VM to scam an extra months money. It might be their policy, but their policy isn't the law and i am about to test it. Really looking forward to this.

All Virgin Media contracts have a minimum period. At the end of this minimum period, the contract becomes a 30 day rolling contract.

Notice of cancellation can be given at any time and requires 30 days notice.

If you cancel within the minimum period, early disconnection fees are payable.

All of this is documented in your contract with Virgin Media.
