Contract

My contract has finished.  Despite 4 days on the trot of engaging with the bot that just keeps telling me to repeat the same thing again. Phone line that cuts me off after over an hour wait. I would like to see what offer they had other than the measily £4 discount offered on an automated service. Is it even possible now to engage with a human

Thanks for your post 

Sadly package changes and offers are something that w are not able to do on our Community Forums 

I can appreciate that you would prefer human contact to discuss new deals etc

The best bet right now is to call as close to 8am as possible

I can't call in the morning with both my disabled children off school and college. That is my busiest time getting them up and ready and they won't settle before afternoon to let me make the call. 

I've called at 10am and 11am last week out of sheer desperation and still couldn't get through .
