Contract

Hi I just opened a new contract but not had any emails through or anything yet and my virgin media app is still showing old billing how long will it take you change over or receive new contact details? Thanks in advance

Welcome to the forums and thank you for taking the time to post.

 

I am sorry to hear that this hasn't changed yet.

 

It can take up to 7 days for the contract to come though to you. However the update on the app should be quicker. 

 

Have this changed since your post?

  • Hi I now have a problem with my bill as it has only taken a part payment even though the full amount was there to be taken. Can you help at all with this. Thanks

Unfortunately we are not able to take payments via the open forum, you would need to call the customer care team who will be able to assist you further.

Im not wanting to pay I just need to know what to do about my account as it's saying it's been part paid when the full amount was there for taking.
