Hi, I cancelled my contract last week, and have a confirmation email confirming my disconnection.
I have just received an email thanking me for making changes to my contract, so on checking the email, I now apparently have a new contract with broadband, TV and line rental?
It took me 50 minutes on the 'phone last week to eventually cancel the contract and now this? I guess I have to call them back tomorrow and no doubt spend another 50 minutes and being passed round from department to department (last week it was 4 different people who I had to explain exactly the same thing to).
Your new provider would need to get in touch with us to be able to release the number to them, we cannot release any numbers without a valid order from your new operator, you would need to arrange this with BT.
