Had a text conversation with the Virgin Media team, who offered me an 18 month contract for services at one price. The emailed contract has come through and is £22 more than what was stated in the conversation. At least I have a copy of what was offered to me, but no one is answering calls or texts now. What is the best way to go about fixing this and do I have legal recourse as I have in writing what I was offered?
Good luck i renewed contract over phone in February and they have been taking almost double amount out so have been trying to have a conversations since end of March with someone. Tried using this forum and still not getting anywhere now over a week of them not resolving issues , dont now whats going on but certainly isnt customer service
