I signed up for the M200 promotional offer for £30 a month. My contract is wrong. M100 for £24 a month is not what I ordered. I want this rectifying ASAP or I'll just cancel, I'm a new customer still in the cooling-off period.

It's disappointing to hear of the package issues, can you confirm how the order was placed? Do you have any correspondence from the order to confirm you signed up for the 200MB package as opposed to the 100mb showing?
This will also have been advised on the contract received after signing up.
