Contract time

Hi my contract ending on 28/02/22 

but agent from virgin me tel my service stopped on 26/02/22 because i don’t want to renew contract . And try to talk whit virgin agent but she me tell no we stop your net on 26/02/22 because you told as on 26/01/22 about leaving virgin. but i just set I don’t want to renew .so now virgin agent me wont stopping my service two days earlier. I thing its not legal .ho can tel what happened whit virgin
