I am leaving the UK on June 30, 2020, moving to Germany.
It's been 2 months I am emailing, mailing and calling customer support to terminate my contract and send back the router. I have not yet received any email to confirm the termination of my contract nor any information to send back the router.
Again this morning I've talked to customer support who have not been able to provide any answer.
I am leaving the UK in 7 days, I am expecting Virgin Media to send a written confirmation of my contract termination (email is fine) and send me all info (and box) to send back the router ASAP.
Else I guess the only option will be to go legal?! Why is this so difficult to terminate a contract? Is it a Virgin Media strategy to avoid churn?!
