Spent an hour on the phone with “Rudi” who set up the new account ; he stated that I would retain the same package, no additions and no reductions, it would cost £109 per month. I would also be upgraded to 500M with new 360 upgrade and new remotes. We finally got the boxes upgraded this weekend and I’ve lost some Sky movie channels, some Sky Sports channels and no TNT sports at all. Called back yesterday, and after waiting to get through for a full 30 minutes, I spent a further 30 minutes talking to “Belle” who hung up on me twice ? During the conversation, she told me she would “ re bundle “ my package to what it was for a further £1 a month ? She also stated that the channels would reappear in 2 hours. They haven’t 24 hours later and neither has “Belle”. Is this where we are now on the customer service guys ?
