Contract renewal

I have received an email regarding contract renewal for a further 18 months. The email link is not working, get an "Oops" response.

How do I renew. Will the process tell me the new cost, as it offers a 25% reduction.

In order to discuss renewing your contract, we'd suggest contacting the customer service team on 0345 454 1111, or 150 from a Virgin Media landline or Virgin Mobile.

Please make sure you have the full details of the e-mail to hand and we're sure the team will be able to look into honouring the reduction offered.
