Hi LC, I know when I signed up my contract was on a reduced rate for 12 months and then once it ended it went up £15/month. I then rang them up for a new package.
When calling from a virgin media landline you have to be very aware of what numbers you call and when you use the phone. My landline allowed free calls up to 59 minutes 59 seconds but only at weekends. Luckily for me I have a virgin mobile contract so my calls to virgin customer services are included.
