Contract renewal not actioned

Dear Forum Team colleagues

My contract is due for renewal soon and I received a renewal offer by email.  I agreed a new contract on 19th Sept, for action on 22nd Sept.  I called at the weekend and was told it would be actioned by today, it is not and I have also been billed the wrong amount today.  Futhermore I have another email offering me a special rate to renew my contract.

I've just spent nearly an hour waiting to get through on the phone but without reply. Please could I pm you with details?

Thanks for posting, and sorry to hear there's been some confusion with the billing.

Package changes aren't something we deal with here, however so I can get a few more details from you I've popped you over a private message.
