19.1.21 retention offered deal which accepted. Days went by no email confirmation.
29.1.21 rang again sure enough not gone through. Chap said he could only offer his lowest deal over £3 more than first deal. But his supervisor was going to reduce to first offer and email would follow. Received first email of contract offer with inflated deal more surprise surprise nothing from the supervisor.

Today nothing. Tonight nothing and some discounts are due to finish on 4th. Is this a game of just a poor customer service? We are all having to work differently during these COVID times, but no need for lies. Also if VM did what they said first time then there wouldn’t be need for multiple calls/ chats over the same topic.
