I’m stuck in a loop trying to contact customer services to clarify exactly what is happening to my account. We were offered a new 18 month deal two weeks ago which we accepted, when the paperwork arrived it was only for 6 months so we immediately cancelled and gave notice - we think. Our landline seems to have been disconnected already. After 7 hours on webchat two weeks ago, I’m currently at 23 hours stuck in a WhatsApp queue trying to find out what’s actually happening with my contract. Have you cancelled it? Are you honouring the new deal you originally offered me?
My complaint is going nowhere and we can’t speak to anybody.
Can somebody please help me find out what’s going on?
