Contract not renewed!!!!

I am so frustrated with the service I am getting!!!! It took over 2 months to get Netflix back after it was terminated in error. Broken promises time after time. Now, I signed up to a new contract and was sent the documents but it hasnt been actioned! I have had to send a screenshot of the documents I was sent to the Customer Services Team, how ridiculous! How long will I have to wait ???????????????????

Losing the will to live with this Company 😞

In order to look into this for you further, we'll send you a private message on here. 

Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner. If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
