Contract higher than agreed [REMOVED]

I signed up for an 18 months contract  (M200) on 28th May 2022, ending on 29th November 2023. On 29th October I called VM and gave a 30 days notice to end this contract. After a week or so received a call from retention, he offered me 500 mbps for £25 pm, 18 months. Later in the day received the new contract but the price was £27 pm, 500 mbps, 18 months. I called back explained it to the VM staff member, she couldn't help me correct this mistake so I gave a 30 days notice to cancel it. Someone from retention called back but he couldn't correct the error his colleague has done. 

Last week VM offered 125 mbps for £20 mbps 18 months contract. As it was online I screen recorded while opting for this offer. You can find it here..

After I signed up for the above I received a new contract which states 500 mbps, £32 pm, 18 months. I never signed up for this. Had a long chat with VM via Whatsapp. Even after watching the screen recording he/she couldn't help me.

I am hoping someone from VM can help me fix this. It's been a very stressful last 3 weeks thank to VM. Going through my child's therapy wasn't enough of a stress VM had to add more to it. Why can't an agreed price and contract be honoured ? Really appreciate if someone can look in to this.
