Contract hasnt arrived

Good afternoon. I spoke to someone yesturday and have moved my broadband and upgraded to have TV to. But my contract has not arrived?

Welcome  to our Community and thanks so much for your first post - I have located your account and can see that the contract was sent to the email address provided on Wednesday 10th February. We advise it can take around 24/48 hours to arrive and you should also check your Spam/Junk folders.
