Has anybody else had their contract chaged after 3 months with no notice? I'm 3 months into an 18 month contract paying £29.99 for M100 broadband, Basic TV and calls but my latest bill states that that will be more than doubling from now on. The contract I agreed to was for 18 months at £29.99, exactly what they are still selling now to new customers.
I've been on hold for what feels like a week to the call centre but wondered if i was the only one?
I think I know what it is. As part of the deal they offered me three months free sky sports which i accepted. I assumed this would be removed after three mohnths but it could be that I now need to remove it from my package. Which i cant do online by the looks of things.
My whole Virgin Media experience was been awful so far, I honestly have no more words it thoroughly exhausting.
