Contract ending

My contract is ending, been on the phone almost 2 hours to speak to someone. Been hung up on twice and the man I did speak to was about as usefull as a chocolate teapot and tried butting my bill up over £20 ! Any easier way to contact them as I'm loosing the will to live

Re: Contract ending

you can't do what you want here if that's what you mean.
using the phone to speak to retentions/CS is the method you need to keep trying.

note though, your contract isn't "ending", your minimum term is ending but your contract will continue to run on a 30 day rolling period.

Re: Contract ending

try during non-peak times.
8am, for example.

Re: Contract ending

your contract will not end. you will keep going on a rolling 30 day contract at the agreed price

yes you did, when you started your agreed contract.
you agreed to a price for the minimum term, and what the price would change to after that term completed.

Re: Contract ending

Which you agreed to when you took the deal. Doesn't look like a joke to me, looks more like you didn't pay attention when you took the deal.

If you don't like it you have two options

1 leave and take your business elsewhere

2 call retentions and see if you can negotiate which will tie you into another 18 month minimum term
